Guardian Agreement
Version 2026-08-01-v1. This is the agreement a parent or legal guardian accepts when they take responsibility for a teen's Fuime account.
Read this before you accept an invite
If your teen has invited you to be their guardian, this is the text you will be agreeing to. It is published here so you can read it before clicking anything in an email. When you accept, Fuime records the date and time, your IP address, your browser, and the version above — so there is a permanent record of exactly what you agreed to.
This agreement is between Fuime and you, the parent or legal guardian of your child (“the minor”). By signing, you agree to the following.
1. You are the responsible adult
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor. You accept legal responsibility for the minor's use of Fuime, including any business they operate through it.
2. You consent to the minor's account
You give permission for the minor to hold a Fuime account and to operate a business through it. Without your active consent, the minor cannot create or run a business on Fuime.
3. You can see everything
You will have visibility into the minor's business activity on Fuime, including transactions, balances, and the people on their team. This is not optional and cannot be turned off by the minor.
4. You can withdraw consent at any time
You may revoke this guardianship whenever you choose, from your account or by contacting Fuime support. Revoking takes effect immediately: the minor will no longer be able to operate a business on Fuime. Money already in the business is unaffected by revocation and remains subject to the terms below.
5. Money and taxes
Fuime is a software platform, not a bank. Money moving through a business on Fuime may create tax obligations. Fuime provides records and summaries to help, but Fuime does not give tax or legal advice, and you are responsible for the minor's tax filings to the extent the law assigns them to you.
6. What this agreement is not
Accepting this agreement records your consent. It is not identity verification, and Fuime does not currently verify that a person accepting a guardian invitation is the minor's actual parent or legal guardian. Do not accept this invitation on behalf of someone else.

Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@fuime.com. When you do, the teen can no longer operate a business on Fuime. You do not have to give a reason.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, email support@fuime.com before you accept. We would much rather answer a question than have you agree to something you are unsure about.
